Since joined the company in 1990, Mr. Hiroki Nakagawa has taken on various leadership roles primarily related to management accounting in different locations, including domestic manufacturing plants and both domestic and overseas subsidiaries, starting from the head office accounting department. Before being appointed as the Director of the DX Promotion Division, Mr. Nakagawa served as a general manager of the Production Planning & Administration Center at the Himeji Plant, driving operational reforms in the production field as part of the plant’s activities.

Olivier Lempereur is the Chief Data Officer at Mamata, the Data Lab of Mecatherm, based in Paris. With a deep passion for predictive maintenance, Olivier focuses on combining human expertise with advanced data analytics to enhance industrial processes. His role includes leading technical and business teams, overseeing the transition to Cognite Data Fusion, and implementing cutting-edge solutions like Siemens Edge Factory Box.Previously, Olivier served as the Head of Innovation at Fives Maintenance, where he built and led a recognized expertise center in Industrial IoT. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lille and a specialized Master's in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.

Joe is a Senior Analyst in the Verdantix Operational Excellence practice. His current research agenda covers industrial DataOps, AI/ML analytics and applications of generative AI for industry and enterprise. Prior to joining Verdantix, Joe worked in the consumer electronics industry, where he gained experience in overseas manufacturing, product design and data science. Joe holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy Systems from the University of Southampton.
