Naruki Akiyama

Advanced System Development Group Leader, System Innovation Technology Office Technology & Engineering Center

Since joining the company in 2006, Mr. Naruki Akiyama has taken on operation and maintenance work at Showa Yokkaichi Sekiyu, integration work at Idemitsu and Showa Shell, and work related to DX promotion. Currently, Mr. Akiyama is the leader of the Advanced System Development Group in the Technology & Engineering Center, promoting productivity improvement of the plant’s activities.

Kristian is head of Data Management and Data Science at Skagerak Kraft, a Norwegian hydropower producer. He has a PhD in Informatics and an academic career in AI and data science. He leads Skagerak Kraft’s “DataKraft” program to leverage data for business value.
