Sabharwal brings over two decades of leadership experience in driving transformational growth across technology and industrial sectors.

The appointment comes on the heels of Cognite recently announcing its moonshot goal of delivering $100 billion of realized value to customers by 2035. In this critical new role, Sabharwal will focus on accelerating the achievement of this target through commercializing new products, serving adjacent markets and accelerating co-innovation with industry leading AI technology partners. His immediate priority is to help industrial companies get more value from their existing operational investments by extending the use of Cognite across the enterprise and unlocking more silos of data.

Sabharwal’s extensive background in product, engineering, sales and customer success is perfectly timed with Cognite’s scaling trajectory. He joins the senior leadership team with a proven track record of creating customer-centric business strategies and scaling global revenue in new markets through impactful growth and value engineering initiatives.
Most recently, as part of the executive team at Trackunit, the global leader in IoT telematics, he led the go-to-market teams in scaling the business beyond $200 million, achieving unicorn status and a successful exit to Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to that, Sabharwal began his executive journey at AVEVA, leading both sales and product organizations through their successful transition and exit to Schneider Electric.
