Executive appointment to help lead scaling efforts for the company's next stage of growth as Generative AI Acceleration of Industry dominates the market
AUSTIN, Texas/OSLO, Norway– July 13, 2023 - Cognite, a global leader in industrial software, today announces Jeff Coulter as Chief Financial Officer. Coulter brings 27 years of experience in finance and business leadership roles in both Fortune 100 and growth-stage SaaS companies. His mandate is to focus on driving strategic alignment, growth, and profitability across the company to create a sustainable, high-growth, profitable, rule of 40 SaaS business.

Jeff most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Instructure where he led financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and has held leadership positions at Blue Yonder, Intel, and Procter & Gamble. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Org Psychology, both from Brigham Young University.
