OSLO, NorwayCognite, a global leader in industrial software solutions, has been recognized by independent insight and analysis company Verdantix as a market leader for condition monitoring and environmental performance in asset-heavy industries.

The 2022 Green Quadrant report, which focuses on operational excellence, analyzed multiple asset performance management solutions, including Cognite’s flagship Industrial DataOps platform, Cognite Data Fusion® (CDF). Verdantix assessed each software offering in terms of its various capabilities, such as data capture, cyber security, and asset health, among other criteria. Cognite achieved the highest rating in asset health and condition monitoring. Verdantix attributed its strong rating to Cognite Data Fusion’s ability to provide users with condition-based alerts and health indicators. Cognite Data Fusion® does this by providing data models for individual equipment classes, as well as a data storage base and models to contextualize this data and make it understandable and applicable for the users.

Verdantix also gave Cognite Data Fusion® a top rating in the areas of data ingestion, storage, management, contextualization, and visualization, and it was also listed among the best in emission and energy management.
