The same principle shall apply for each subsequent year of the CDF subscription. Unused Training Credits in a year will not roll over to the next year.

If no other dates are available for that training course, or the User is not able to attend the course on the alternative date(s), Cognite will provide a refund of the Training Credits to the User and there will be no further liability upon Cognite.
The same shall apply if, at the commencement of the training course, less than five (5) participants have joined the course, in which case Cognite can choose to cancel the course as set out above or delay the start of the course with a reasonable time period to enable more participants to join.
